The Parish nurse’s role focuses on personal health counseling, health education, referrals, wellness promotions, advocacy and the integration of faith and healing.
At St.Anthony Parish, the nurses are volunteers and some are members of our church community. The program provides health screenings and consultation including blood pressure, hearing, cholesterol and diabetes education, as well as other educational programs.
